Meet our star – the MPX630 Mobile Extruder
Mobile Pipe Solutions has developed a state of the art, mobile extrusion plant (MPX630) that can be driven directly alongside the pipeline trench, eliminating the need to transport hollow pipe and secondary handling, reducing a protracted multi-step process down to:
- Manufacture pipe onsite to the installation point.
- Significant reductions in overall welding and transport.
- Surface or trench pipe installation as required.
Our MPX630 is capable of manufacturing customised HDPE pipe at the required installation point in continuous monolithic lengths.
The MPX630 can be driven along the pipeline route producing monolithic pipelines in situ, without the costs of excessive shipping, transport, handling and welding, costs which become increasingly higher as project sites become more remote.
