MPS only produces HDPE pipe, a thermoplastic high-density polyethylene.


HDPE pipe is globally preferred as a means of fluid and gas transfer suitable for trenchless, surface and buried installation methods and is considered to be the most environmentally friendly, cost effective means of fluid transfer available today.


By developing mobile extrusion equipment that can be transported to a jobsite, along with bulk containerised high-density HDPE resin, the HDPE pipe manufacturing process is a project specific, real-time, customised operation.

With rising global concerns regarding the increasing impacts of climate change, reducing the environmental footprint on projects across all industries is becoming a top level priority.


The MPS’s mobile extrusion technology offers an efficient and cost-effective solution which also delivers significant environmental savings. As well as significantly reducing transportation related environmental impact, our technology delivers these savings because:  

  • Its strength, durability, flexibility, impact resistance and minimal wear characteristics (with proven life in excess of 100yrs if buried) reduces the impact repairs and replacements would create.
  • HDPE is inert and requires no surface coatings, meaning nil environmental impact (other than aesthetics if left visible on surface).
  • HDPE is non-toxic at any stage including at extrusion and welding. 
  • HDPE is 100% recyclable more environmentally sustainable footprint
